摘要
根据卡那霉素链霉菌的生长代谢特性、搅拌转速和通气速率对氧气液传递速率影响的显著性差别,以及搅拌转速调节和通气速率的改变的成本权重分布,构建了专家系统,以溶氧浓度为主控参数,对供氧速率进行调节.该系统运行稳定.节能效果显著.
Based on the metabolism characteristics of streptomyces kanamyceticus, the different influence of stirring speed and aeration rate on the oxygen gas-liquid transfer speeds, and the cost distribution between the stirring and acration during the kanamycin fermentation process, an expert control system was built. The dissolved oxygen concentration was regulated mainly by changing the oxygen-supplying rate. This system ran with a good stability and succeeded to save much a lot of energy.
