摘要
浓硫酸滴加到萘中生成β-萘磺酸 ,在甲醛的作用下合成出聚萘磺酸盐 ,并对它们的结构性能和作用机理进行了研究 .结果表明 ,聚萘磺酸盐是一种优良的高效减水剂 .在一定的条件下能合成出具有 2 0 %~ 3 0 %减水率的高效减水剂 ,另外发现合成条件对建筑混凝土的净浆流动性有着很大的影响 .
Naphthalene monosulfonic acid,which was synthesized through dripping concentrated sulfate acid into naphthalene,was turned into poly (naphthalene sulfonate) by reacting with formaldehyde.Its structure and water reducing mechanism were studied. It was found that poly (naphthalene sulfonate) is an excellent water reducing agent resin,the high range resin with 20%~30% water reducing can be synthesized under a certain condition and the conditions of synthesis influenced the rheology property of pure paste of construction concrete greatly.
