甲鱼“胃肠溃疡、出血病”病原的初步研究

Studies on the Pathogen of Stomach and Intestines’ Ulcer and Bleed Disease of Trionyx sinensis

对甲鱼胃肠溃疡、出血病的病原进行分离、培养、人工感染、生理生化、药物敏感等试验研究 ,结果确认引起该病的病原菌为普通变形杆菌 (Proteusvulgaris) 该病的治疗宜采用庆大霉素、氟嗪酸、氟哌酸、环丙沙星等药物 .

Stomach and intestines’ulcer and bleed of Trionyx sinensis is a serious disease in recent years.Based on the studies of the isolation,cultivation,characterization,artifition and medicine sensitivity on the pathogenic bacteria of the disease.This paper confirms that it is Proteus vulgaris that causes the disease.Furthermore,this paper recommends suitable medicines adopted to cure the disease.The medicines are as follows:Gentamycin,Norfloxacin,etc.
