摘要
本文初步探讨了小檗胺 ( B0 )及其衍生物 ( EBB胺 BB)对 Ca M基因表达的影响 .结果表明三种化合物不仅能拮抗 Ca M的调控功能 ,而且对 Ca M基因表达系统亦有抑制作用 .为进一步探讨 Ca M拮抗剂的分子机制具有一定的参考价值 .
The paper studied the role of berbamine derivatives on CaM g ene expression. The results demonstrated that three berbamine compounds (B 0,BB,EBB) not only antagonized the activities of CaM, but also can inhibit CaM gene expression system. It is valuable to further explore the molcular machanism on the affected of CaM antagonists.
