摘要
从云南省西北部山区采集到一株能产生 艹北 醌类化合物的寄生菌属真菌 (Hypomycessp .) .以m (米 )∶m(玉米粉 )∶m(麦麸 ) =2∶1∶1为基础培养基 ,研究了温度 ,pH ,碳源 ,氮源 ,水对该菌产生 艹北 醌类化合物的影响 .并用正交实验选择了固态发酵的最佳培养条件 :在每千克基础培养基中添加 2 0 g蛋白胨和 0 .8kg水 ,温度2 6℃ ,pH自然 .艹北 醌类化合物的质量分数约为 0 .2 % .
A fungus which could produce perylenequinones was found from the northwestern moutains of Yunnan Province.m(rice)∶m(corn)∶m(wheat)=2∶1∶1 being used as basic medium,the effects of incubation temperature,pH of the medium,sources of carbon and nitrogen on the fact that this fungus produced perylenequinones.The optimum culture condition of the solid state fermention was obtained:20?g peptone and 0.8?kg water being added to 1?kg basic medium,temperature 26℃,pH natural.The total perylenequinones was about 0.2%.
