左卡尼汀对改善维持性血液透析患者心功能的临床研究

目的研究左卡尼汀对改善维持性血液透析患者心功能的临床效果。方法选择2009年8月～2011年4月进行维持性血液透析的患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。两组血液透析的基本治疗相同,试验组患者在每次血液透析结束时,运用左卡尼汀1.0g进行静脉注射,每周进行3次,6个月为一个疗程。对照组患者静脉注射等量的生理盐水。采用心功能测定仪对患者的心脏指数、每搏心输量、左心功能指数、每分钟心搏量四项指标进行检测,并比较治疗前后两组患者红细胞和血红蛋白变化情况。结果治疗后,试验组患者心脏指数、每搏心输量、左心功能指数、每分钟心搏量较对照组明显改善(P<0.01);试验组患者的红细胞和血红蛋白含量较对照组显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀可有效改善维持性血液透析患者心功能。

Objective To study the effects of L-camitine on heart function improvement with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 60 patients from August 2009 to April 2010 in our hospital for were randomLy divided into test group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The two groups has the same basic treatment. Levocarnitine 1.0g was given to the test group by intravenous injection at the end of each hemodialysis, three times a week, six months for a course. The control group only received an injection of same amount of saline. Cardiac function was tested with cardiac index, stroke of cardiac output, left ventricular function index, stroke volume per minute four indicators were detected.Red blood cells and hemoglobin changes before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, experimental group patients with cardiac index, stroke of cardiac output, left ventricular function index, stroke volume per minute compared with the control group significantly improved （P〈0.01）.Conclusion L-carnitine can effectively improve the heart function with maintenance hemodialysis.
