动态与常规心电图对心血管源性晕厥的诊断价值

目的比较动态心电图和常规心电图对心血管源性晕厥进行诊断的效果。方法随机选取2009年3月～2012年3月收治的的心血管疾病而晕厥患者180例,随机分为观察组(90例)与对照组(90例),对照组采用常规心电图诊断,观察组患者采用动态心电图进行晕厥原因诊断。结果动态心电图诊断确诊为心律失常引起的晕厥有33例,而常规心电图诊断确诊为心律失常引起的晕厥有30例,两者差异无统计学意义。结论常规以及动态心电图对于心血管源性的晕厥具有一定的诊断价值,两者在临床上应用各有其优势。

Objective To study diagnosis effect comparison of the dynamic electrocardiogram （ECG） and conventional electrocardiogram in cardiovascular source sex syncope. Methods In this study,90 patients with syncope due to cardiovascular disease from March 2009 to March 2012 were selected, and set the control group. Control group used conventional ECG,observation group used dynamic ECG to diagnose cardiovascular syncope.Results Dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosed syncope caused by arrhythmia in 35 patients, and conventional electrocardiogram diagnosed syncope caused by arrhythrnia in 33 patients, both did not exist significant differences. Conclusion Conventional and dynamic ECG for cardiovascular source sex syncope has certain diagnostic value, both in the clinical application of each has its advantages.
