鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔结构异常致头痛临床观察

目的探讨鼻腔结构异常或变异与头痛的关系及鼻内镜手术治疗效果。方法采用CT结合鼻内镜检查从140例头痛患者中筛选出58例存在不同程度鼻腔结构异常合并有头痛症状的患者,经鼻内镜手术矫正鼻腔异常结构,观察头痛缓解效果。结果 58例患者鼻内镜术后经2个月～2年的随访,头痛共治愈43例,治愈率为74.14%;显效6例,显效率为10.34%;有效4例,有效率为6.89%;无效5例,无效率为8.62%。结论鼻内镜检查是诊断鼻腔结构异常引起头痛的较好方法;鼻内镜手术能显著改善鼻腔解剖结构异常致头痛症状。

Objective To explore the relationship of abnormal anatomy of nasal cavity and therapeutic effect of treatment with nasal endoscopic surgery. Medthods Using high-resolution spiral CT combined with nasal endoscopy screening out 58 cases abnormal anatomy of nasal cavity from 140 cases of headache patients. Endoscopic surgery were used to correcte the abnormal anatomy of nasal cavity, Observing the headache cure efficacy. Results 58 patients were follow-up 2 months to 2 years after endoscopic surgery. As a result, 43 cases were cured, the cure rate was 74.14%; 6 cases were significantly more effective, the significantly effective rate was 10.34%; 4 cases were effective, the effctvie rate was 6.89%; 5 cases were ineffective, the ineffectiv rate was 8.62%. Conclusion Nasal endoscopy is a good method of diagnosis of nasal structural abnormalities which can cause headaches ;and endoscopic treatment can improve significantly the headache symptoms.
