断指再植术后的康复训练

目的探讨断指再植术后系统性、计划性的心理护理、康复护理对患者恢复效果的影响。方法采用心理护理、运动康复为主,辅以理疗、作业疗法及感觉训练等综合措施对2008年1月～2011年8月收治的60例70指再植成活者进行系统的康复治疗并进行综合评分。结果全部病例术后随访6个月～1年,优41指,占58.6%,良22指,占31.4%,差7指,占10%。手指功能恢复满意。结论心理护理和康复护理共同作用对促进患者的全面康复有积极的效果,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the clinical applicated effects of psychological nursing and rehabilitation care of systematic and planned used after replantation of severed finger. Methods 60 cases with 70 succesfully replanted digitals January 2008 - August 2011 were rehabilitation train systematicly with psychological nursing, motortherapy,physicotherapy, occupational therapy and sensory training .The results were evaluated synthetically .Results All the patients were followed up six months -1 year. 41 cases （58.6%） were excellent, 22 cases （31.4%） were good, and 7 （10%） cases were fair. digitals function recovered pleased. Conclusion Psychological nursing and Rehabilitation care plays the important and effective role in promoting the overall and comprehensive recovery, and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
