三峡地区大学生抗菌药物不合理使用情况分析及对策

目的了解大学生对抗菌药物的认知及使用情况,为开展大学生抗菌药物合理使用教育提供依据。方法调查对象为三峡地区某高校在校大学生,共发放问卷1150份,回收1112份,问卷有效率96.70%。结果大学生群体对抗菌药物正确认知度较低,用药行为不规范,自行购买和使用抗菌药物的比例较高(62%)。大学生自己随意调节抗菌药物的使用剂量和使用时间的情况较为普遍(70.8%)。结论大学生抗菌药物知识贫乏,抗菌药物滥用普遍。在高校学生中必须加强药物基本知识教育,改变大学生的不良用药习惯,保证其身心健康。

Objective Get a good understanding of university students＇ awareness and usage of antimicrobial drugs,providing the basis of ther education of Students＇reasonable use of antimicrobial agents. Methods The survey was conducted among college students in a college in the Three Gorges region in 1150 questionnaires,of which 1112 copies have been replied, accounting for 96.70% of efficiency. Results Students groups have slight awareness of the antimicrobial agents, and their drug use behaviors are not standardized. The students who purchase and use antimicrobial drugs without guidance account for a high proportion （62%）. It is common that the students themselves are free to adjust the dose and time in the use of antimicrobial agents （70.8%）. Conclusion College students have a lack of knowledge of antimicrobial agents and the abuse anti-bacterial is common. Colleges have the need to strengthen the education of students＇ basic knowledge of drug, and change and change their adverse drug habit, ensuring their physical and mental health.
