胸外科住院空巢老年患者生活质量调查

Survey on quality of life for elderly empty nesters in thoracic surgery department

目的对胸外科住院空巢老年患者生活质量进行调查,对其影响因素进行分析。方法对来我院就诊的胸外科空巢老人517例的生活质量进行调查。结果胸外科空巢老人不同性别间活动、日常生活、健康、近期支持、总体精神及其总指数都具有显著性差异(P<0.05);70～79岁年龄组和80岁及以上年龄组具有较低的生活质量指数。患者的年龄、性别、体育锻炼及其文化程度是生活质量总分的影响因素。结论较高的年龄、性别为女性、较低的体育锻炼频率及较低的受教育程度均可使胸外科住院空巢老年患者的生活质量降低。

Objective To survey the quality of life of elderly empty nesters in thoracic surgery department and analyze the impact factor. Methods A total of 527 cases with empty nester were selected in thoracic surgery department of our hospital, We used quality of life index rating scale to survey. Results The activities, daily life, health support, overall spirit and total index of thoracic surgery department empty nesters in different gender had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The quality of life index in 70-79 years age group and 80 years were lower. The factors affecting the quality of life score were as follows： the patient＇s age, gender, physical activity and education level. Conclusion Higher age, female gender low frequency and low physical activity, low level of education can reduce the quality of life of empty nesters in thoracic surgery department.
