高频彩色多普勒超声对男性乳腺疾病的诊断

The diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound in male breast disease

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在男性乳腺疾病诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值,以提高诊断水平。方法对2007年1月～2012年7月54例行乳腺超声检查并经病理或随访证实的男性乳腺疾病病例的临床及超声图像表现进行回顾性分析总结。结果声像图显示男性乳腺疾病随病种不同而有不同表现,54例中包括乳腺发育症32例,乳腺炎6例,乳腺癌6例,乳腺纤维腺瘤6例,乳腺脂肪瘤4例,超声诊断符合率为96.29%。结论超声检查可较直观地显示男性乳腺及其周围结构,准确获得病变部位、大小、形态、内部回声及血流显像特征,对男性乳腺疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断有较高的准确性。

Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of male breast disease, to improve the diagnosis. Methods January 2007 to July 2012 a total of 54 routine breast ultrasound and confirmed by pathology or follow-up cases of male breast disease, the performance of its clinical and ultra- sound images were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Sonographic results of male breast disease have a dif- ferent performance with the disease in 54 cases including 32 cases of gynecomastia, 6 cases of mastitis, 6 cases of breast cancer, 6 cases of breast fibroadenoma, and breast lipoma 4 cases, The diagnosis of ultrasound was 96.29%. Conclusion Ultrasonography is more intuitive to the male breast and the surrounding structures, accurate lesion size, shape, internal echo, and blood flow imaging characteristics, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of male breast disease have a higher accuracy.
