冷疗在治疗中小面积烧伤患者早期创面中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨冷疗在治疗中小面积烧伤患者早期创面中的应用。方法选取我院2009年1月~2011年12月间收治的130例应用冷疗法治疗的中小面积烧伤患者,另选择同期未予冷疗治疗仅进行常规换药的130例患者作为对照组,比较两组的烧伤愈合时间以及治疗组冷疗开始至疼痛缓解的平均时间、冷疗后持续疼痛缓解时间。结果治疗组烧伤创面愈合时间<14 d比率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组深Ⅱ度烧伤患者冷疗开始至疼痛缓解的平均时间、冷疗后持续疼痛缓解时间明显短于浅Ⅱ度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中小面积烧伤患者早期创面行冷却疗法简单易行、操作方便、效果显著,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate cold therapy in the treatment of small and medium-sized area burn wounds of patients with early. Methods In our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011, 130 cases small and medium-sized area of ap- plication of cold therapy in burn patients, other same period in not cold Liao treatment by regular patients only 130 pa- tients as a control group, compared two group of burn healing time and cold therapy treatment group, the average time to pain relief, sustained pain relief after the cold therapy. Results The treatment group bum wound healing time 〈14 days significantly higher rates, differenc.es in the presence of a significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Deep ]1 degree burns, the treatment group patients cryotherapy average time to pain relief, cold therapy after sustained pain relief was significantly shorter in the su- perficial I] degree, differences in the presence of a significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Small and medium-sized area burn patients with early wound cooling therapy is simple, easy to operate, the effect is significant and should be widely applied.
