摘要
目的观察经尿道电切术用于泌尿外科的临床疗效,评价其实际应用价值。方法选择42例前列腺增生患者,采用经尿道等离子电切术进行治疗,记录手术前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)及最大尿流率(Qmax),进行比较及统计学分析。结果经尿道等离子电切术治疗后,本组患者IPSS、QOL、Qmax各项指标明显改善,手术前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),未见严重术后并发症。结论经尿道电切术在泌尿外科具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of transurethral electronresection in urology surgery department. Methods Fifty-two cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with transurethral electronresection. And international prostate symptom score（IPSS）, quality of life （QOL） and Qmax were compared pre-and postoperatively. Results After treatment, IPSS, QOL and Qmax significantly improved;there was statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. No severe post- operative complications were found. Conclusion Transurethral electronresection has a significant efficacy in urology surgery.
