彩色多普勒超声诊断早期糖尿病肾病研究进展

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)常见和主要的慢性微血管病变表现之一,也是糖尿病患者死亡的重要原因。近年来彩色多普勒超声在诊断早期DN中的应用得到广泛认可。目前主要检查方法为二维超声、彩色多普勒超声、超声造影(CEUS)定量分析和声触诊组织量化技术等。查阅相关文献,对彩色多普勒超声诊断早期DN的研究进展进行综述。

Diabetic nephropathy is not only the most common diabetic microvascular lesions but also diabetic patients main killed factor. In recent years, application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy is widely recognized. At present the main ultrasound examination methods are two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound and contrast -enhanced ultrasound and virtual touch tissues quantification technique, etc. Search the related lit- erature and summarize the research development in color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.
