小组合作学习模式在护理学导论教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的小组合作学习模式在护理学导论教学中的应用效果。方法设计2010级护理本科生1班(30名学生)为实验班、2班(29名学生)为对照班。实验班采用以问题为基础的小组合作学习模式;对照班采用传统课堂讲授模式。采用形成性考核及终结性考核方式综合评定学生学习成绩和对实验组学生发放问卷两种方法评价小组合作学习模式在护理学导论教学中的应用效果。结果实验组形成性考核和终结性考核成绩均优于对照组。30名学生中,对小组合作学习模式持满意态度的占90%,认为小组合作学习模式有利于培养护生的自学能力的占85%,调动了护生的学习积极性的占77%,有助于培养合作精神的占81%,提高了沟通交往能力的占70%、分析解决问题能力的占80%。结论小组合作学习模式适合护理专业本科学生的学习发展,可收到较好的效果。小组合作学习模式有利于培养护生的自学能力、解决问题能力、沟通交往能力、团队合作意识。同时,教师的综合教学能力也得到完善和提高。 Objective To discuss the application effects of problem based group cooperative study model in the teaching of introduction to nursing. Methods During the nursing undergraduates in 2010, the class 1 (30 students)is designed as ex- perimental group, the class 2 (29 students) was designed as control group. Experimental group adopted the model of prob- lem based group cooperative study and the control group adopt the traditional classroom teaching model. Used formative e- valuation and summative assessment to comprehensively evaluate students' leaming way, evaluated the apply effects of group cooperative in the teaching of introduction to nursing through questionnaire. Results The experimental group was su- perior to the control group both on formative assessment and summative assessment, group cooperative study model is ap- propriate to the nursing undergraduates, and it received good results. Among the 30 students, satisfied with group coopera- tive study account for 90%, thought group cooperative study model was better for cultivate students ability of self-study oc- cupy 85%, mobilize students enthusiasm of study occupy 77%, 81% thought it was helpful in cultivate team spirit, 70% believed it improve communication and 80% considered it also can enhance the ability of analyze and solve problem. Conclusion Group cooperative study is appropriate for nursing undergraduate students, and also received good effects. Group cooperative study model is benefit to cultivate of nursing students" self-learning ability, problem-solving skills, com- munication skills and team spirit. Meanwhile, it can also improve and perfect teacher~ comprehensive teaching abilities.
