缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压患者的疗效观察

The efficacy of valsartan and amlodipine tablets in treatment of elderly hypertensive patients

目的探讨缬沙坦氨氯地平片对老年高血压患者血压的治疗效果。方法 328例老年高血压患者被随机分为三组,A组128例,给予缬沙坦80 mg氨氯地平5 mg片开始,每日1次;B组100例,给予缬沙坦胶囊80 mg开始,每日1次;C组100例,给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片5 mg开始,每日1次。三组疗程均为12周,观察三组治疗前后的疗效。结果 A组、B组及C组血压控制的总有效率分别为89.1%、66.0%、70.0%,患者血压控制的效果A组明显优于B组及C组(P<0.05),B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义。结论老年高血压患者给予单片缬沙坦氨氯地平片复方制剂能有效控制轻、中度高血压。

Objective To study the effects of valsartan and amlodipine tablets （Exforge） on the blood pressure control of the aged with hypertension. Methods A total of 328 patients of the aged with hypertension were randomly devided into 3 groups： group A with 128 cases, group B with 100 cases and group C with 100 cases. The patients of group A took Exforge one tablet orally once per day. Group B orally took 80 mg valsartan tablet once per day, group C orally took 5mg amlodip- ine tablet once per day. Continuously treated all the patients for 12 weeks, observed the antihypertensive effect of all three groups. Results The blood pressure control rate in A group was 89.1%, in B group was 66.0%, in C group was 70.0%. The blood pressure control rate in A group was significantly improved more than B group and C group （P 〈 0.05）,but there was no difference between B group and C group. Conclusion The valsartan and amlodipine tablets （Exforge） for the aged patients with hypertension could enhance the medication compliance and blood pressure control rate.
