摘要
合肥滨湖时代广场C1栋超高层建筑具有"凹"形不规则平面,对结构抗震不利。为改善结构抗震性能,采用"巨型钢框架+圆钢管混凝土柱+钢框架梁(桁架)+钢筋(钢骨)混凝土核心筒"组合而成的新型复合抗侧力结构体系,取得较好的效果。结构体系中的"巨型钢框架"由"凹"形的两肢端桁架柱及两肢间的跨层连体桁架梁构成,提高了结构的抗扭刚度。系统介绍了该工程的结构体系特点、整体计算结果、关键技术问题与解决办法。
The C1 building of Binhu Times Square in Hefei is a super high-rise building with a concave irregular plane,which is unfavorable for structural seismic.In order to improve the seismic performance of the structure,this structure is composed with mega steel frame,CFT,steel frame beam/truss and reinforced concrete core wall,and formed the new hybrid structure system.The mega steel frame of the structure system is formed of two limbs at the concave plane,giant columns of the mega steel frame is formed by CFT with cross-layer column bracing at the end of two limbs,giant beams of the mega steel frame is formed by cross-layer connected truss between two limbs.The structure characteristics,overall calculation results,the main design problems and solutions were described systematically.
