摘要
针对香港某体育馆出现的室内滴水问题,进行了理论研究和实测数据采集分析,结果显示,在湿热地区,夏季湿空气在屋顶多孔保温材料层中迁移并导致冷凝结露,冷凝水长期积聚会腐蚀和破坏围护结构,另外湿空气迁移会导致围护结构保温性能变差,增大建筑空调负荷。为了降低结露的风险,在湿热地区应避免使用高渗透率的多孔保温材料,同时应注意建筑围护结构中蒸汽控制层的合理位置和严密性。
In view of the water dripping problem in a large sport centre in Hong Kong,conducts a theoretical study and a field study.The results show that moisture transfers in the porous thermal insulation material of roof leading to water vapor condensation in the hot humid area in summer.The accumulated condensate water would corrode and destroy the building envelope.Moisture transfer would deteriorate the thermal insulation performance of the building envelope leading to additional air conditioning load of the building.To solve the problem,suggests that the porous thermal insulation material should not be used in hot humid areas,and that the rational installing position and tightness of the vapor barrier is required.
