摘要
用电镜对不同种动物细胞间期核染色质进行了研究 ,结果表明染色质在间期核内有不同结构层次 ,其中主要是直径为 2 0~ 30nm纤维 ,也有较多 10nm纤维 .不同种动物间期核染色质的存在形式和排布有一定差异 .赤链蛇肝细胞间期核没有聚集的异染色质区 ,整个核内均匀分布着直径为 2 0nm的纤维 .乌鸡红细胞间期核染色质直径为 2 0~ 30nm的纤维呈“念珠”状颗粒结构 ,并以此结构锚定在核纤层上 .
The interphase chromatins of four animal species are studied by TEM. It is revealed that the interphase chromatin fibers have various levels of organization, among which the 20~30 nm fibers are major and the 10 nm fibers are next. There are certain diferrences in various animal species. The 20~30 nm fibers of chromatin in interphase nuclei of Gallus gallus var. domessticus presents a “bead like” structure, which forms its electron densed regions of heterochromatin. Chromatin fibers are anchored to nuclear lamina by this structure. The arrangement and organization of heterochromatin in various animals have obvious diferrences.
