右美托咪定对开胸术后患者舒芬太尼镇痛效应的影响 被引量：7

摘要 舒芬太尼以其镇痛效能强，呼吸抑制作用相对较弱逐渐成为临床最常用的静脉术后镇痛药物，但其呼吸抑制作用仍是不可忽视的问题。临床上常复合非阿片类药物用于术后镇痛，以减少舒芬太尼用量。
