摘要
根据铁路接触网实际情况,分析了铁路运营线路接触悬挂、线夹、绝缘零部件及关键零部件存在的故障类型,介绍了目前在铁路系统广泛应用的红外检测技术,设计了一种车载式接触网红外巡视装置,分析了各种环境因素给红外检测带来的影响及消除各种影响的措施。
This article analyzes the types of the fault on the contact suspension,line clamp,insulation parts and key components of the railway lines,introduces the infrared detection which is used wildly in railway system,devises a vehicle-mounted infrared inspections device of OCS and summarizes the influence brought by the environment.Besides,this article also puts forward some measures to eliminate the various types of the influence.
