摘要
应用热力学数据分析了碳酸钙、氧化钙和氢氧化钙在不同温度下的固硫能力 ,由于固硫反应是一个放热过程 ,钙基固硫剂的固硫能力随着温度升高逐渐降低。高温条件下硫酸钙会发生再分解 ,并且随着温度的升高硫酸钙的分解压力逐步增大。因此 ,钙基固硫剂的适用温度一般不超过 1 2 0 0℃。
This paper analyzed the sulphur fixation capacity of CaCO 3, CaO and Ca(OH) 2 under different temperatures by means of the thermal mechanics data. The sulphur fixation camacity of calcium radical sulphur fixation agent decreases as temperature rises since the reaction of sulphur fixation is an exothermic process. Calcium sulfate will decompose again under high temperature and the decomposing pressure of calcium sulfate will increase with the rise of temperature and the decomposing pressure of calcium sulfate will increase with the rise of temperature. Therefore, the suitable temperature of calcium radical sulphur fixation generally is not more than 1200℃.
