新型高倍吸水树脂工艺的研究

The technological research on new-type high multiple a bsorbing water resin

采用化学激活法对吸水树脂从原料、配方、工艺流程进行改进研究 ,结果使高倍吸水树脂生产成本降低 ,吸水能力大大提高 .改进后的工艺已在实验条件下获得成功 .

The raw materials,prescription and flow chart of tec hology of the water-absorbing resin were studied by using chemical activation m ethod.As a result,the production cost of multiple absorbing water resin was redu ced,and water-absorbing ability was improved.The improved craft has been put in to use successfully in lab.
