1954年,费斯廷格第一次提出了社会比较的概念和理论。他认为这种把自己的观点和能力与他人进行比较的过程是评价自己观点和能力的驱力,并影响个体的行为。近年来,不断有研究者将企业或团队内部的社会比较作为研究重心,以探求社会比较对个体绩效、工作热情、倦怠感之间的关系。本文详尽地归纳和总结了目前国内外对社会比较的研究成果和结论。
