摘要
采用振荡培养方法 ,研究了松密环菌ns1 的生理生化特性 ,结果表明 ,松密环菌以葡萄糖为碳源 ,(NH4) 2 SO4和 (NH4)H2 PO4为氮源 ,C、N质量比为 10∶1和 16∶1以及pH5~ 5 5,培养摇床转速 80~ 10r/min ,满足矿物质和生长因子的需要 ,在 2 5~ 2 7℃培养下 96h时最佳 ,其菌丝体产量最高 ,为 12~ 32 5g/L。
The specific property of physisology and biochemistry of Armillaria matsuake ns 1 was studied by using vibration culture in this paper. The result shows that Armillaria matsuake ns 1 takes glucose as its carbon source,(NH 4) 2SO 4 and (NH 4)H 2PO 4 as its nitrogen source. The qualitative rate of CN is 10∶1, 16∶1and pH5~5.5 and the rotational speed of the culture machine is 80~100r/min, which meets the need of minerals and growth factors. The best culturing can be achieved at the temperature of 25~27℃ with the highest yield of mycelium, 12~325g/L. [WT5HZ]
