摘要
求解圆柱凸轮实际轮廓曲面的传统方法存在理论误差 ,不适用于需要精确控制的场合 .因而研究了球底从动件圆柱凸轮实际轮廓曲面的数学模型 ,导出了求解这一问题的迭代法或采用四次代数方程求根公式的直接解 .导出的解析法没有理论误差 ,可用于精确求解 .
The traditional method to find the profile surface of a cylindrical cam from a given pitch curve, for its theoretical error, cannot be applied in accurate control situation. The mathematic model of the profile surface of a cylindrical cam with spherical\|faced follower was investigated. An iterative method and direct method using root\|finding formula of four algebraic equation were educed. The analytical method, without theoretical error, is an accurate one to solve the problem.
