论改革开放以来党和政府对妇女参政的扶持

Party and Government Support and Guidance of Women Since the Reform and Opening up

改革开放以来,伴随着全球范围内将性别意识纳入决策领域的历史进程,党和政府在妇女参政领域开启了"摸着石头过河"的探索之路。在探索中,党和政府更加认识到妇女参政对建设中国特色社会主义事业的巨大作用,在指导思想上充分重视,在政策和法律层面进行积极扶持和引导,并在实践中采取一些切实有效的措施,妇女参政指标的总体态势呈上升之势。虽然目前我国妇女参政状况在国际上的排名并不尽如人意,但经过30余年的发展,党和政府在坚持中国特色的前提下积极推进性别平等,妇女参政已经基本步入正轨,并正在规范地良性发展。

The Communist Party of China and the Chinese government have grown increasingly aware of the huge role that women＇ s political participation plays in the construction of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, paid full attention to the guiding ideology, provided active support and guidance in policy and legal areas, and taken certain effective practical measures, so that women＇s political participation is on the rise. Although the current status of women＇ s political participation in China is not up to international rankings, the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government have endeavored for the past 30 years to actively promote gender equality on the grounds of adhering to Chinese characteristics. As a result, women＇s participation in politics is currently on the right track to sound and standardized development.
