摘要
目的研究牡荆属植物黄荆Vitex negundo果实的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱技术进行分离精制,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从黄荆子中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为24ζ-甲基-5α-羊毛甾烷-25-酮(1)、豆甾烷-4-烯-6β-醇-3-酮(2)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(3)、花椒毒素(4)、5,8-二甲氧基补骨脂素(5)、5,7-二羟基色原酮(6)、2,6-二甲氧基-1,4-苯醌(7)、7-氧代谷甾醇(8)、2-甲氧基-4-(3-甲氧基-1-丙烯基)-苯酚(9)、反-3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-肉桂醛(10)、松柏醛(11)、紫花牡荆素(12)、木犀草素(13)、4′,5-二羟基-3,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮(14)。结论化合物1~11为首次从黄荆中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the fruits of Vitex negundo.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extraction together with column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods.Results Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as 24ζ-methyl-5α-lanosta-25-one(1),stigmast-4-en-6β-ol-3-one(2),ergosterol peroxide(3),xanthotoxin(4),5,8-dimethoxypsoralen(5),5,7-dihydroxychromone(6),2,6dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone(7),7-oxositosterol(8),2-methoxy-4-(3-methoxy-1-propenyl)-phenol(9),trans-3,5-dimethoxy-4hydroxy-cinnamic aldehyde(10),coniferyl aldehyde(11),casticin(12),luteolin(13),and 4′,5-dihydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxyflavone(14).Conclusion Compounds 1—11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
