中国软件产业的发展现状分析及其竞争力研究

竞争力是决定一个产业能否持续发展的关键因素,直接影响本国产业在全球价值链中的位置和市场份额。中国软件产业历经20多年的快速发展已经逐渐显现出强大的生命力,但在与世界软件强国的竞争中仍相当脆弱,生产要素短缺、市场需求失衡以及产业集聚的不合理严重制约产业价值链的提升。我国应努力扩大高端人才的引进和培养,推动核心技术研发,增强软件企业出口能力,优化产业园区布局,提升软件产业的世界竞争力。

Competitiveness decides whether an industry could develop sustainably,which directly influences the position of domestic industry in the global value chain and the market share.China’s software industry has gradually shows strong vitality after over 20 years of rapid development,but with the world’s software power competition it is still quite weak.Shortage of factors of production,market demand imbalance and industrial cluster unreasonable seriously restrict the ascension of the industrial value chain.Our country should make efforts to expand the high-end introduction and education of talents,promote the core technology research and development,enhance export capacity of software companies,optimize the industrial park layout,and promote the competitiveness of software industry in the world.
