摘要
为弥补专业学位研究生实践经验的不足,实行校内外双导师制是必然的选择。但在实践过程中还存在若干问题。完善双导师制,必须要实行高校与企事业单位联合培养的模式,委托合作单位负责校外导师的选聘与考核,建立健全校内外导师的评聘制度,加大对导师的培训力度,出台措施激发导师的积极性,加强校内外导师的交流。
Double supervisor system is intended to to make up for the deficiency of the practical experience of professional degree postgraduates. But double supervisor system is beset with many problems, which is a barrier to effectively improving the professional degree post-graduates' practical ability. Perfecting the double tutorial system and improving the practice guidance ability should be preceded, firstly, by implementing the joint training mode of universities, enterprises and institutions and entrusting the cooperation partner with the independent authority of selecting and evaluating external mentors; secondly, by completing the selecting and evaluation system of internal mentors and inputting more in their in-service training; mentors and improving communications between them. thirdly, by providing incentives for internal and externalmentors and improving communications between them.
