农业院校“遗传学”实验教学体系的构建与优化

摘要 "遗传学"实验是生物类专业学生知识结构体系的重要组成部分,在人才培养中占有极其重要的地位。在教学过程中,"遗传学"实验能验证遗传规律,加深对遗传基本理论的理解,帮助学生快速掌握相关实验技术,养成独立分析、解决问题的能力和严谨的科学态度。以培养学生创新意识和创新能力为导向的新一轮实验教学改革对"遗传学"的实验教学提出了更高的要求。因此,构建和优化实验教学体系是"遗传学"教学改革的重要组成部分,在具体实施时应重点从实验内容、教学手段、教学方法和实验平台等方面进行全面改革。 As an important part of the knowledge and skill system for students in the major of biology, genetics experiments occupied an extremely important position in talents cultivation. During the teaching process, genetics experiments could be used to verify the genetic laws, deepen the students' comprehension for basic principles, help students quickly master the relevant experimental techniques, cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problem independently and develop their rigorous scientific attitude. The genetics experiment teaching system reform intended to cultivate the students' innovative consciousness and ability presupposes a higher requirement on the experimental teaching of genetics. Therefore, optimizing experimental teaching system is an important part of genetics teaching reform. We should focus on comprehensive reforms involving experimental contents, teaching means, teaching methods and experimental platform construction.
