C-E translation of network buzzwords from the perspective of dynamic equivalence

动态对等理论是等效翻译理论，强调以读者为中心，符合网络流行语的文化含义及产生背景，既重视对语言信息的“忠实”，又要求译语符合规范和习惯，对网络流行语的翻译，试采取直译、音译、意译和创新译法等手段，使网络流行语英译真正凸显其意义和文化内涵。

The theory of dynamic equivalence is the dynamic translation theory, which is TL-read-er-centered. The C-E translation of network buzzwords should comply with SL cultural meanings and their generation backgrounds, be faithful to the ST messages, and follow TL regulations and practice. In terms of the theory of dynamic equivalence, this paper tries to highlight the actual meanings and cultural connotations of network buzzwords by four translation methods, which are literal translation, translitera-tion, free translation and innovative translation.
