虚拟企业需要可靠的和有效的机制在各自治的代理之间执行各种合作 .然而 ,各代理的利益有时可能有冲突 .现有的合作机制有双边多步的协商机制和拍卖机制〔1〕 .两种机制都不能促进代理讲实话 .本文介绍了通过信任经纪人在各有冲突利益的代理之间进行协调的方法 ,并介绍了几种相关协议的概念和使用 。

Virtual Enterprise need reliable and effective cooperative mechanism to execute transaction. With the different agents interest perhaps be conflict, the available cooperation approach are negotiation and auction, which cant enforce agent to tell truth. The mediating approach among agents with interests conflict through broker is presented. Several relevant protocols are also been introduced.the comparison of protocols performance is given as last.
