中空玻璃(结构)硅酮密封胶老化性能探讨之二

摘要 通过不同胶含量的硅酮密封胶在非受力状态下,经水、紫外线、水-紫外线、热空气等条件下的老化试验,分析老化前后硅酮密封胶的粘结拉伸强度、最大拉伸强度时的伸长率、定伸强度、硬度等物理性能变化,通过测定这些性能的变化来评价不同胶含量的硅酮密封胶的耐老化性能,以此了解不同胶含量的硅酮密封胶在使用过程中受外部因素影响后力学性能的变化规律,为合理使用硅酮密封胶提供参考。 Changes in physical performance of silicone sealants in different polymer content before and after aging test with the treatment of water, uhraviolet, water-ultraviolet, hot air were analyzed such as bonding tensile strength, elongation under the maximum tensile strength, stretching strength, and hardness. The aging performance of silicone sealants in different polymer content could be evaluated by the change of their physical properties. The variation of the mechanical property of the sealants in use were found out, which provided suggestions for the use of silicone sealants.
