摘要
通过分析相关反倾销理论,对比分析了危机前后美国对华反倾销的新特点,进而研究了后危机时代美国加剧对中国实施反倾销的原因及影响,在此基础上提出了我国应对美国反倾销措施的有效策略。
Based on previous studies on anti-dumping,this paper does comparative analysis of the new characteristics of United States’ anti-dumping actions against China before and after the crisis,then studies the reasons and impacts of the United States’ intensified anti-dumping policies against China,and proposes effective strategies to cope with the United States’ anti-dumping policies.
