基于微笑曲线与价值链理论的我国货代业转型升级研究

Research on Transformation and Upgrading of China’s International Freight Forwarders Based on Smiling Curve and Value Chain Theory

国内货运代理行业虽然早已颇具规模,但行业发展良莠不齐、竞争无序。主要表现在行业发展缺乏核心竞争力、企业基础设施建设落后、信息网络系统化发展缓慢、专业人才缺乏、行业发展专业化程度不高等方面。在运用微笑曲线和价值链理论对我国货代业的发展现状及其存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出国内货代业转型升级的模式和路径。

China’s international freight forwarders industry is in a considerable scale but also sees an uneven development as well as unordered competition,which are manifest in lack of core competency,infrastructure lagging behind,slow progress in information network development,insufficient professional talents and low level of specialization.On the basis of analyzing current situations and existing problems of China’s international freight forwarders industry development using basic theory of smiling curve and value chain,the paper proposes the path and model of transformation and upgrading.
