摘要 在气力输送系统中,对于给定的物料输送能力和输送距离,可供选择的管道管径规格、输送方式和供应压力有很广的范围,选择哪种规格的管径和供应压力最经济,需要综合考虑工厂的建设费用和操作费用,操作费用主要是由能耗造成。通过比较可知,相对于低压稀相输送,高压密相输送速度低、能耗低,因而操作费用低;密相输送所用管径小,除尘设备也较小,但发送装置(发送罐)相对于低压所用的旋转阀较昂贵,所以两种方式的建设费用需要综合考虑。 For given material conveying capacity and conveying distance of pneumatic conveying system, there are a variety of selections regarding pipe diameter specification, conveying patterns, and supply pressure. Overall consideration of plant construction cost and operating cost is required for selection of pipeline with the most economical pipe diameter and supply pressure. The operating cost is mainly caused by energy consumption. Through comparison, it can be seen that the high-pressure dense-phase conveying system is of low speed and low consumption, resuhing in low operating cost compared with low-pressure dilute-phase conveying system; dense-phase conveying is provided with smaller pipe diameter and smaller dedusting equipment, while its feeding devices (blow tanks) is rather expensive compared to the rotating valve used in low- pressure conveying system.
