摘要
在垂直升船机提升传动系统中,实现四驱动点机械同步负载均衡是其关键技术之一。文中分析了机械同步+电气行程同步控制和机械同步+电气出力均衡控制2种方案。传动系统采用SIMOTION D435控制器和PLC控制器实现位置、速度、力矩三闭环控制。在实际工程应用中,2种控制方案都能实现四驱动点行程偏差小于4 mm,力矩偏差小于平均转矩的10%的技术指标,动、静态运行效果良好。
In the lifting drive system of vertical ship lift, four-driving-point mechanical synchronous load balance is one of the key technologies. The paper analyzes two schemes such as mechanical synchronous + electrical stroke synchronous control, and the mechanical synchronous + electrical output balance control. SIMOTION IM35 contr011er and PLC controller are used for the drive system to realize position, speed and torque closed-loop control. Actual engineering application proves that both schemes can reach the technical indexes, namely the deviation of four-driving-point stroke is less than 4 ram, and deviation of torque less than 10 percent of average torque, and their dynamic and static operation is in good effect.
