摘要
应用三维软件SolidWorks建立了双梁桥式起重机侧挂小车车架结构的实体模型,确定了其在最不利工况下所受载荷的类型和计算方法,应用SolidWorks内部有限元分析模块CosmosWorks对模型进行了计算分析,得到了小车架结构受力变形情况,通过分析计算结果检验了所设计侧挂小车结构的合理性,并对出现应力变形较大的区域进行了合理的改进,提出了对类似结构的小车架进行力学分析的一种新方法。
The 3D software SolidWorks is applied to build the actual model for frame structure of the double-girder overhead travelling crane side-suspended trolley, and determine the loaded type under the most unfavorable working condition and its calculation method. The finite element analysis module inside the SolidWorks, CosmosWorks, is adopted for calculation and analysis ; as a result, the stress and deformation of trolley frame structure is figured out. The analysis and results prove rationality of the designed side-suspended trolley, with reasonable improvement for areas with greater stress and deformation. The paper proposes a new method of mechanical analysis for trolley frames with similar structure.
