摘要
利用Ansys Workbench软件作为工具,对起重机多层卷绕卷筒进行有限元分析,并与传统方法进行比较,获得传统方法难以分析的局部区域应力状态。为大起重量、大起升高度吊装起重机卷筒的结构研究与构造的优化改进提供参考。
The finite element analysis for multi-layer winding drum of crane is performed based on Ansys Workbench, compared with traditional method, and then the local stress state is obtained, which is difficult to analyze by traditional methods. This method provides reference for structural research and structure improvement of drums for large-tonnage, high lifting height cranes.
