摘要
针对某型号伸缩臂起重机臂架系统,利用Ansys软件的APDL语言,根据刚性、几何线性梁和几何非线性梁理论,抽象出3种不同的简化模型,并通过比例法迭代计算不同伸缩臂模型下的最大起重量,进而讨论其对起重机变形量的影响。对Ansys计算结果进行处理比较,得出3种不同方法对变形的影响。算例结果表明臂长较长时,臂架变形非线性因素影响比较大。该方法为同类型伸缩臂架系统力学模型的简化提供借鉴,同时为更准确的计算起重性能提供参考。
Aiming at the boom system of a certain model of telescopic crane, the APDL language of Ansys software is used to extract three different simplified models based on rigidity, geometric linear beam, and geometric non-linear beam; the maximum lifting capacities under different telescopic arm models are worked out through scaling method iteration calculation, with further discussion of impact on the crane deformation amount. Through comparison of Ansys results, the impact of three methods on deformation is worked out, showing that if the arm is longer, influence of arm frame deformation non- linear factor is more significant. This method provides reference for simplification of mechanical model for similar type of telescopic boom system, and for more correct determination of lifting performance.
