摘要
根据臂式斗轮堆取料机液压半趴尾车结构形式特点、变幅运动载荷变化以及运行工况要求,分析现有液压半趴尾车变幅液压系统原理和保压性能欠佳的原因及影响因素,并根据不同原因通过相应措施对其进行优化改进,为同类产品液压系统设计及改造提供参考。
According to the structural characteristics, luffing load changes and running conditions for hydraulic semi- luffing tripper of boom-type bucket-wheel staeker/reelaimer, the paper analyzes its luffing hydraulic system principle, and causes and influencing factors for the poor pressure-maintaining performance, with corresponding measures to be taken based on different reasons for optimization and improvement, in order to provide reference for design and retrofit of the hy- draulic system for similar products.
