This paper briefly describes the general situation of startup and commissioning of a domestic large-scale oil refining project.This paper analyzes the contents and rationality of the general startup ideas,thoroughly and comprehensively summarizes the successful startup experience,and makes a brief analysis of the main difficulties of startup.Through the startup and test run of the project,this paper analyzes and sums up from the problems found thereof,and puts forward the contents of the design work for improvement.
