介绍用萤石法制取无水氟化氢,在精馏塔和脱气塔的设计和操作中,有常压和加压两种生产工艺流程。分析这两种工艺的优缺点,指出加压流程是目前行之有效的节能工艺流程。

This paper introduces that there are two kinds of production process flows i.e.atmospheric process and pressurized process adopted in the design and operation of distillation column and degassing tower for anhydrous hydrogen fluoride prepared by fluorite process.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these two processes and points out that the pressurized process is the currently effective energy-saving process.
