摘要
针对国内粗甲醇双塔精馏和三塔精馏两种主要工艺,从操作条件、工艺特点、产品质量等方面进行分析比较;通过ProII软件分别对这两种流程进行模拟计算,比较其能耗如冷却水、蒸汽的消耗,为工艺选择提供依据。
This paper analyzes and compares the operating conditions,process characteristics,product quality and other aspects of the two main domestic processes of two-column distillation process and three-column distillation process for crude methanol.Simulation of these two processes is performed by means of ProII software to compare their energy consumptions,such as cooling water consumption and steam consumption,in order to provide the basis for the process selection.
