摘要 进入新世纪,新的时代特征全面加速了世界社会、经济、文化的深刻变化,也必然对职业教育产生深远的影响。第三次世界职业教育大会以"职业技术教育和培训转型:为工作和生活培养技能"为主题,重点关注如何改革和发展职业技术教育,以确保所有青年和成年人均能获得工作和生活所需的技能。 New century helps accelerate the social,economic,and cultural changes globally,with far-reaching effects on TVET.The theme of the third international congress on TVET,transforming TVET： building skills for work and life,focuses on helping youths to develop TVET.
