摘要
当教师身存的攻击、趋乐、趋利本性和合理化倾向等人性弱点遭遇一定的外部环境时,便成为引发教育暴力的因素。清晰地认识这一点,并采取有效措施加强教师的人性修养,是消解教育暴力之良策。为此,我们须引导教师在人性自修时注入专业元素,在对教师的专门培育中注重其人文情怀成长,客观审视并合理引导教师的"新经济人"本性,加强制度把握以改善教师的职业环境。
Given conditions are met,the offensive,excessive pursuit of happiness,benefit,and rationality may lead to education violence by teachers.To eliminate the education violence,we should take effective measures to strengthen the human nature of teachers: putting professional elements in self-cultivation,humanity in teacher education,and improving the educational environment.
