茵栀黄口服液联合光疗治疗新生儿黄疸90例临床观察

Clinical observation on Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with phototherapy for treating neonatal jaundice in 90 cases

目的观察茵栀黄口服液联合光疗治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及安全性。方法选择病理性黄疸180例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各90例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用茵栀黄口服液。结果治疗组90例中,治愈64例,有效24例,总有效率97.8%;对照组90例中治愈58例,有效23例,总有效率90.0%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.74,P<0.05),治疗组胆红素水平降低更为明显,病程缩短。结论茵栀黄口服液联合光疗治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with phototherapy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 180 cases of pathological jaundice were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 90 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional treatment, while on this base the treatment group was added with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid. Results Among 90 cases in the treatment group, 64 cases were cured, 24 cases were effective,with the total effective rate of 97.8%. Among 90 cases in the control group,58 cases were cure ,23 cases were effective,with the total effective rate of 90.0%. The curative effects in the treatment group were significantly superior to the control group with statistical difference. The level of bilirubin in the treatment group was reduced more obviously, and the the course of the diseass was shortened. Conclusion Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with phototherapy is significantly effective in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.
