高效液相色谱法测定心荣口服液中五味子醇甲含量

Determination of schisandrin content in Xinrong Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的用高效液相色谱法测定心荣口服液中五味子醇甲的含量。方法以流动相甲醇∶水(55∶45)洗脱、色谱柱DiamonsilTMC18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)、检测波长250 nm、柱温40℃、流速1.0 mL/min为色谱条件,对心荣口服液中五味子醇甲含量进行分析。结果心荣口服液3批次样品(10042003、10052005、10062001)中五味子醇甲含量分别为0.184、0.190、0.188 mg/mL,线性范围为0.036～1.180μg(r=0.999 98)。结论高效液相色谱法重现性好,定量准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Objective To set up a method for the determination of schisandrin content in Xinrong Oral Liquid by HPLC. Methods With methanol-water（55 ： 45 ） as the mobile phase for elution, the chromatographic conditions were as follows：the DiamonsilTM C ls column （5 μm, 250 min×4.6 ram）, the detecting wavelength at 250 nm, the flowing rate being 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature being 40 ℃. Results The schisandrin contents in 3 batches of sample （ 10042003,10052005, 10062001 ） were 0.184,0.190,0.188 mg/mL respectively. The good linearity of schisandrin was obtained in the range of 0.036-1. 180 μg（r= 0.999 98）. Conclusion This method has good reproducibility and accurate quantitation,which can be used as the analytic method for this preparation.
